This is exactly why I haven't done mine yet. Last year it was only 1/3 of what it was the year before...painful just remembering that. I don't know if I can take another shock to my system like that one again. LOL!!!
PLEASE let me know what you find out...because I barely got anything back last year too...I am going to a new tax guy this year that everyone swears about so we shall see, but being single, having no kids and doing things the RIGHT way, as you may, freaking gets you NO WHERE in the system...LOL
Yes, I too wasn’t happy with my initial income tax return. Sucks being “single” and having no fucking kids.
But then I thought about it and with the help of a good CPA. I am getting well over double the first amount.
It pays to have a legit side hustle (aka business).

I did mine and am looking so forward to the refund I'm getting. Being 100% debt free save for my mortgage and truck note and normal expenses, is gonna be WONDERFUL!
