Back Seat of the Car

I am exhausted. Oh my goodness. I feel like I'm going to pass out. My body is all weak and whatnot. I don't know about this 3 days a week in the gym thing. Especially not back to back. Maybe I worked myself too hard this morning. I don't know. But I do know one thing. My co-workers might be missing me today. Don't be surprised if I disappear. If you really need me, you might be able to find me curled up in the back seat of my car in the garage. I ain't playin!

do you find yourself eating a lot more too? why am i about to eat a pot pie at 8:15 in the morning? I'm STARVING!

Your metabolism has been boosted. Did you eat before you worked out? It helps with the fatigue. You need fuel to burn. If you don't eat till afterwards food will make you tired. (can't take credit for my wealth of knowledge...me and my dahling JUST had this conversation 10 minutes ago)

eat before? hmm. okay. that makes sense. i can't imagine eating at 4:30 in the morning but i gotta do what i gotta do. maybe a bagel or something quick huh? cuz i know stuffing my face with at turkey pot pie so early in the morning just does not look right. thanks to you and taj for the info.

what will you eat in the morning?

A bagel might sit kinda heavy early in the morning...try banana and oatmeal...you might also want to think about your hunger pangs (mid morning)z being misconstrued (sp?) for dehydration...Try drinking a glass of water before busting open that pot pie. LOL!

ok. i can do that. specially since i love the Quaker Oats. my mind is soo stuck on food right now. all types of food. any and every food!

i drank water all morning long, but maybe i should drink more. i got all these aquafina bottles stack at my desk. lol.

yea eating some fruit something light helps...BUT I have also heard that if you are going to work out in the evening its best to eat AFTER you work out because you food will burn off quicker or something like that...I still haven't determined if Imma do mornngs or evenings yet....

3 days in a row is a lot too...I spread it out during the week....tuesday, thursday, sat, sun...or rotate fri in there...however the week is going...

and finally OH HOW I WISH I COULD go take a nap in my car at lunch...I don't blame you
